Moné Clay
I’m Moné — a culture strategist, keen facilitator, and the heart behind EvolveX.
I founded EvolveX with one clear belief: work doesn’t have to suck. I’ve seen what happens when great businesses lose their way — not because they lack vision, but because they’ve outgrown their culture.
Whether it’s facilitating offsites, designing bOS journeys, or shifting how we talk and work together, I like to get very involved.
But EvolveX isn’t just a "consultancy". It’s my way of helping people feel seen, valued, and energised at work — I always believe one should leave a person better than we find them.
My family and I stay near the beautiful winelands in Cape Town, so when I’m not facilitating engagements, you’ll probably find me enjoying a sunset, sipping on a glass of Chardonnay, reading something interesting, or spending time outdoors in a magical nearby forest with my amazing 2-legged and 4-legged children.

Nadia is our energy amplifier and creative mind. From workshop support to research, reporting, and beautiful templates, she keeps our work fresh, organised, and people-focused. She has a thoughtful approach to everything she touches, and a passion for helping clients find clarity in chaos.
She’s the steady presence in the room, taking notes, asking the right questions, and helping bring big ideas to life.

Junior Consultant
Chrizelle is at the start of her consulting journey — eager to learn, open to feedback, and always ready to jump in where she’s needed. She’s a fast learner, and brings her bright, bubbly energy to every interaction. Whether she’s supporting a session, prepping materials, or helping behind the scenes, Chrizelle adds warmth and enthusiasm that lifts the whole room.
